In Brazil, we have a strategic partnership with ABIMPA (Brazilian Bitumen Import Association), which holds
25% of the country’s market share, consuming approximately 100,000 tons of bitumen per month.
Our bitumen production is refined using the highest quality fuel oils at our state-of-the-art refineries located in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Due to a shift toward lighter crude oils, regional refineries have reduced bitumen output,
creating a supply deficit of over 5 million tons per year. AGS plays a key role in bridging this
gap by reliably supplying high-quality bitumen products to meet rising demand.

verification, and testing.
Each shipment includes a comprehensive SGS report, ensuring our products meet:

This Paving Grade bitumen, with a penetration value range of 40 to 50, is ideal for road construction and asphalt pavements requiring durability and stability. Widely utilized in hot mix asphalt applications, Bitumen 40/50 provides a strong base and wear-resistant surface.
Commonly used as a binder in Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), Bitumen 60/70 is suitable for various road construction applications, including the production of bitumen emulsions for prime and tack coats. It’s also a preferred component for polymer-modified bitumen (PMB) and asphalt (PMA) formulations, as well as for spraying and chip seal applications.
Bitumen 85/100 is a versatile grade with broad applications in road construction, waterproofing, and building industries, especially in cold regions. It’s also a valuable ingredient in cutback bitumen production, making it a key component in various construction settings.
This viscosity-graded bitumen is designed for constructing heavy-duty pavements that endure substantial traffic loads. As a reliable alternative to Bitumen 60/70, VG-30 ensures durability and performance in high-stress environments.
